Returns

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery for items returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the issue. We will provide a refund, replacement, or exchange in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
